Region Owners Bring Professional Opportunity, Customer Service to Real Estate
(Bangkok, Thailand June 24, 2012) - A local team of experienced and successful business leaders has
joined the RE/MAX network, becoming the region owners of RE/MAX Thailand. Eran and
Phattharawadee Milo are committed to bringing professional real estate services and amenities to home
buyers and sellers, no matter where they live.
“We’re basing our company in Bangkok, but we’ll be opening offices all around Thailand,” said
Eran Milo, Owner, RE/MAX Thailand Region. “RE/MAX has a strong global presence, a history of
great customer service and a reputation for professional agents. That’s why we made the decision to go
with RE/MAX.”
The Milos were the owners and operators of a variety of businesses prior to making the decision
to move to real estate. The new region is holding a “60 Minutes with RE/MAX” event on Sunday, June
24, to identify potential franchise owners and sales agents.
“At the event, we’ll be outlining the power of the RE/MAX brand and all the training and
technology opportunities that RE/MAX offers to those in their network,” said Milo. “We’ll also be
announcing the opening of our first office and introducing our first franchise owner.”
RE/MAX is continuing to add offices and sales agents around the world. In 2011, 725 new
franchises were sold and eight new countries were added. So far this year, three countries have joined
the global network; Morocco, the Philippines and Thailand.
The “60 Minutes with RE/MAX” event is being held at the Nova Platinum Hotel in Pattaya and
